Fioretto corn flour is made from yellow corn and is ground very finely. This makes it ideal for preparing rice and corn pasta, for breadcrumbing meat and fish, and for making corn bread and desserts. The cornmeal is not pre-cooked, so the flavor is very rich. Before use, pre-cook the flour for 40 minutes.Corn flour naturally contains no gluten and fits within a gluten-free diet and is GMO-free.
