Description
Semolina is used to bake bread or cookies,
but also to make semolina porridge.
How is semolina made?
During the milling of Wheat, flour, meal and bran are separated from each other, called bumps. The resulting groats are polished after grinding, removing the bran and leaving semolina.
Rich in calcium, good for memory.
